We reduced this to £260 per month and in 60 months she will be DEBT FREE .

Name: Mr and Mrs G – lecturer and teacher.
Case: Debt approx £250k
Client paying creditors over £1700 per month. He entered into an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) and their monthly payments were reduced to £750 for 60 months

Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) Case Study 3
Name: Mr P. a car salesman
Case: Debt £46k
Clients were struggling with payments of over £700 per month to creditors and bankruptcy threats from various creditors. They entered into IVAs paying creditors £450 per month.

Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) Case Study 4
Name: Mr and Mrs M – a shop keeper and Policeman.
Case: Debt 78k
Clients were struggling to pay creditors £2,500 per month. In February 2003 they entered into an IVA. Monthly payments commenced at £975, with a view of remortgaging the property at the end of the arrangement to release £25K into the arrangement.

Name: Mr S.
Case: Debt over £59k
Client was struggling with monthly payments to creditors of £1,550 per month and had recently been made redundant.
He entered into an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) with a view of offering £12,000 as a full and final settlement which was accepted by the creditors. Mr S is now DEBT FREE .
